General Experience
What is VAULT ActivePLAY?
VAULT ActivePLAY is an adrenaline-charged indoor adventure park where innovation unlocks excitement. Our attractions are designed for active participation, movement, and high-energy fun.
Who is VAULT designed for?
All are welcome to PLAY. However, VAULT is intentionally designed for high-energy activity, and most attractions and overall layout are best suited for guests ages 4–17. Junior tickets are available for ages 3 and under, but access to attractions may be limited based on safety and height restrictions. Adults are welcome and encouraged to participate but should expect an active, fast-paced environment.
Waiver & Entry Requirements
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Every guest must have a valid waiver on file to enter designated activity or spectator-controlled areas. This is a non-negotiable industry standard and required for participation and access.
Tickets & Reservations
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. We strongly recommend booking online in advance. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability, but sessions frequently sell out, especially on weekends and holidays.
What is included with my ticket?
Your ticket includes access to VAULT’s core attraction areas during your reserved time. Access is subject to all posted safety requirements, including height, weight, and participation restrictions. Not all activities are included. Certain attractions, games, or premium experiences may require an additional fee.
Are tickets refundable?
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Rescheduling may be offered at management’s discretion and based on availability.
Capacity & Best Times to Visit
Why are time slots limited or unavailable?
VAULT operates with controlled capacity to maintain:
• Guest safety
• Attraction quality
• Overall experience
If a time slot is unavailable, that session is fully booked.
When is the best time to visit?
• Non-holiday weekdays (Labor Day through Memorial Day): Lower volume, more open play
• Weekends & evenings: High energy and higher demand
• Holidays & summer season: Consistently high volume and busy
For a more relaxed experience, we recommend visiting during non-holiday weekdays between Labor Day and Memorial Day.
